This tour covers the entire length of the island of Bermuda and includes a view of the famous pink sand beaches. Your driver will pick you up in a bus shipside and head out through Dockyard into Somerset Village. You'll pass over Somerset Drawbridge, the smallest drawbridge in the world. A photo stop will be made at the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, where you can enjoy the 360 degree view offered from the base. Continuing on this coastal drive allows for an even more impressive view of the South Shore beaches with their pink sand, azure blue waters and the imposing barrier reef that encircles the island. Pass by the Botanical Gardens and drive to St. Georges, a World Heritage Site. The town's history is visible with its narrow winding alleys and cobblestone streets. Next you'll make your way into the City of Hamilton, the capital of Bermuda, before your return to the ship.

Note: Participants must be able to walk on and off the bus, and approximately 75 feet into town of St. Georges.

Meet your guide and small intimate group in the Town of St. George's. Experience an official UNESCO "World Heritage Site" on this fully narrated tour of the islands of St. George and St. David. Drive along narrow, winding back roads of the Historic 'Ol Towne of St. George's. Visit Bermuda's oldest fort and explore as you meander through the dark passageways of this grand fortress. Next stop allows a moment to take in the stunning simplicity of St. Peter's Church, believed to be the oldest Anglican Church in the Western Hemisphere. In the heart of the Town Square, witness the reenactment of the "Town Ducking", the old English-style of public punishments of "wenches" and "town gossips". On adjacent St. David's island, discover the charm of this unique and enchanting community, once known as the US Air Force Base lands. Absorb the imposing views of the Atlantic Ocean from St. David's Lighthouse significant to marine traffic in the 18th century. Many great photo stops are offered on this tour so bring your camera.

Note:Tour will meet at cruiseship pier and be escorted onto high speed ferries over to island of St. George's. Tour includes roundtrip ferry ticket from ship. Tour is operated in 6-seat minivans. Actual tour portion is approximately 2 1/2 hours in duration and does not include travel time by ferry to St. George's which is 45 minutes each way. The tour will end in St. George's at approximately 1:15 pm allowing for leisure time before your return by ferry at 3:45 pm (ferry return times are subject to change).

Join a local taxi driver/guide who will point out the many places and sites you can visit during your stay. We start ship side at the Royal Naval Dockyard, steeped in Maritime history. Our first stop will be at Fort Scaur, built in the 1870s to protect overland routes to the Royal Naval Dockyard. Enjoy spectacular views of the North Shore and the Great Sound. Cross over Somerset Bridge, reputed to be the smallest drawbridge ever built for pictures at Gibb's Hill Lighthouse. You'll have an opportunity to view a famous pink sand beach and aqua marine water surrounded by an impressive Barrier Reef system. Continue on to the Bermuda Underwater Explorations Institute (BUEI) showcasing the island's rich underwater history. Visit the Shipwreck Gallery and discover a world of treasures, from cannons to clay jars, all pulled from shipwrecks found in the deep ocean around Bermuda. Walk back through time and uncover a bounty of marine artifacts and history. You can experience a simulated sub dive and shark cage encounter and stroll through an exhibit of rare seashells. The tour ends in Hamilton at the Ferry Depot. You can choose to return to the ship or browse famed Front Street shops. Return ferry token is at the guest's expense.

Get an introduction to Bermuda's marine life, with snorkeling and beach time. This shoreline cruise takes you to the pristine Sea Gardens, and the shipwreck of the Vixen, a fantastic habitat for a variety of fish and other marine life. Our jet-powered, glass-bottom boat allows you to view it all, up-close, in safe, dry comfort. Now it is off to the inshore snorkel site where you will have approximately 45 minutes of snorkeling time. For those who do not wish to snorkel you may enjoy swimming in the beautiful waters or use the water slide from the top deck or stay on board. After snorkeling enjoy a complimentary drink. Note: Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests must be in good health. For those participants wishing to snorkel they must be able to swim. Bring your swimsuit and a towel. Alternate snorkeling sites are subject to change depending on the weather/sea conditions and will be at the discretion of the boat captain. The water slide is subject to a 250lb. weight limit.

Relax on the spacious upper deck and enjoy the passing seascapes as your Captain relates facts and insights about Bermuda's history, people and island life. Then, the boat will pause at the nearby sea grass beds, where you may spot a few of the many transient turtles that take refuge in this mid Atlantic sanctuary. See classic Bermuda landmarks such as Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, the oldest cast iron lighthouse in the Western Hemisphere. Learn about the island's past and present, flora and fauna, and wonderful marine life as you gently cruise Bermuda's exquisite turquoise blue waters. Note: There are 10-12 steps required to access the upper deck seating area. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended as well as a hat and sunscreen.

Cruise along Bermuda's west end shoreline toward an unforgettable snorkeling experience. Bermuda is home to over 200 square miles of the Atlantic's most northerly fringe reef. Although beautiful, the reef is treacherous, and there has been over 300 shipwrecks to prove it. On this trip you'll visit two of Bermuda's most famous shipwrecks, the Constellation and the Montana. They are home to an abundance of coral and fish and they are situated on the very edge of the surrounding reef. The captain will give you a history on Bermuda and some of its shipwrecks. Upon arrival to the site, you'll be issued with snorkel equipment and given a safety briefing on how you may best enjoy up to one hour of safe snorkeling. Finally, enjoy complimentary Rum Swizzle and soft drinks on the return trip to your ship. Note: Participants must be in good physical conditions and comfortable with swimming in water too deep to stand. Persons with back problems or physical disabilities should not participate. This tour is weather dependant and alternatives reefs will be used. A cash bar is also available. Participants must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol. A valid photo I.D. is required. Join the crew of a 60-foot motorized catamaran snorkel boat as your Captain sets course for the wreck of the 'Constellation', a shipwreck made world-famous by the film "The Deep". Three decades later, there is even more beautiful coral and fish surrounding the shipwreck. The wreck lies in only 20 feet of water, but is six miles off the north coast of Bermuda. The views are as breathtaking above the water, as they are below. After a full snorkel instruction and safety briefing, you'll have approximately 45 minutes to explore the 'Constellation', as well as the nearby wreck of the 'Montana'. The Captain will then sound the horn, and prepare to cruise to your next snorkel location, a beautiful and secluded cluster of the world's most healthy coral reef. You'll have another half hour to venture out and explore the underwater world before making the way back to your ship. Note: Participants must be at least 12 years of age, weigh no more than 300 lbs. and in good physical health, with no physical handicaps that prevent walking up or down a dive ladder without assistance. This tour is an open-water snorkel, ideally suited for guests who have snorkel experience. Participants must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol. A valid photo I.D. is required. Cash bar available onboard. Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel and sunscreen.

Take the plunge! Go beyond snorkeling with the Bermuda Snuba experience. Snuba is a patented shallow-water diving system that combines the simplicity and ease of snorkeling with the excitement of diving, and allows you the opportunity to experience the wonders of breathing underwater without the additional weight of cumbersome dive gear. Snuba requires no previous dive or snorkeling experience. Certified dive professionals will train you in the proper procedures necessary to experience the underwater paradise. After a short leisurely walk to the dive site you will receive instruction in shallow water, then you will take a guided dive to observe the coral and marine life. After your Snuba experience, you will have time to relax at the beach and enjoy a complimentary beverage. Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age and weigh no more than 250 lbs. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals who require heart medication. Those who have asthma, diabetes, or epilepsy will not be allowed to participate. Participation is subject to the satisfactory completion of a Medical Questionnaire. Guests should consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this tour is appropriate. Wear your swimsuit bring a towel and sunscreen.
